🇻🇪 In camps and settlements across Venezuela, youth face serious mental health challenges alongside the other consequences of the crisis. Safe spaces, play-based activities and access to social workers and psychologists can help identify what they are going through and provide the support they need.

The devastating floods in Nepal struck an area we know well. We are in contact with the local government and are preparing rapid relief efforts. To ensure immediate relief, we have released CZK 1 million from our Club of Friends. And to ensure sustainable support, we have launched SOS Nepal.

🌊 Testing a flood simulation can save lives & property. In Laos, we launched an Early Warning System for floods that uses sensors to monitor river levels. When the flood comes, it sends warning SMS messages to residents in vulnerable areas. But what should people do in the moment when alert arrives?

COP17 | High-Level Panel Discussion on Civil Society and Land–Climate Synergies Over 120 participants attended our UNCCD COP17 side event, "The Role of Civil Society Organisations in Driving UNCCD and UNFCCC Synergies: A Perspective from Mongolia and Beyond."

We presented Russia with a bill for its imperialism. But it is nowhere near enough to pay for ➡️the invasion in August 1968. ➡️all the victims in Ukraine. ➡️the pain that continues.🧾
