So happy to see Dave Rollo at Murrayfield today to celebrate Murrayfield’s centenary year. Not only a Scotland and Lions legend but he taught this Tighthead all he knows. I will forever be indebted to Dave for his time, enthusiasm and friendship.

I just need people to settle down about Finn Russell. Scots fans wanting him out the team, other fans saying he shouldn’t go on the Lions tour. Settle down, have a think and then don’t comment. Without him, Scotland are not the team we know and love. He will be wearing red this summer.

Horrible conditions last night in Gloucester, a second string team fielded against a full strength Gloucester, Edinburgh did well to get a losing bonus point. Defence was very good but we still really need to get a grip on the discipline!
I miss playing very much today. Big love goes out to all my rugby family, I would be a lesser person today without this sport in my life.
Well, that will do nicely! Zander showing that he is one of the best Tightheads in the world at the moment. Matt Fagerson showed he can take on the big boys and win and Jamie Ritchie is still a class player. Well done Scotland.
