Last update of the inmate! Sleepsacked, staring at myself in the mirror through the muzzle! I actually told myself “I’m insane!” Helped by @aristaous.bsky.social
So my 12 hours were not spent in this position! But this was the last hour!! Another 12 to go!! I was tired and nearly beaten by this point!!

After spending the night totally isolated I was once again showered with no chance of escape, after some food I was sacked away, chained and the cell door locked! 😈😈
So after 10 hours in the straight jacket it was time for a quick hygiene break (whilst chained) tiny bit of liquid food and gear change ready to be put back in my padded cell. A long night ensued!! 😈12 hours uninterrupted!
