Picture can be NSFW or SFW, but I will reject any idea/fetish I am uncomfortable drawing. If there is no compatible character/concept I will draw a new winner. Creative freedom on my part after your character design and basic theme. No edits or changes or work in progress shown. I will use the picture for whatever I want included my own advertising and printed material if I so choose. I will DM the winner to determine their picture before any public announcement. If your DMs are closed and I am unable to contact you without any friction I will draw a new winner. No guaranteed turnaround time, but I plan on starting ASAP after finalizing the winner No obvious throwaway/raffle follow accounts. I reserve the right to re draw the winner if an account looks suspicious and all of their activity is participating in random raffles and nothing else or organic activity. This will be purely based on my own opinion. It’s not that deep. Vibes and aura based or whatever. I care about doing a picture for someone who will cherish it. 😌

haha yeah, like the t-shirt says i am a boob inspector. so, we have received a number credible reported violations about the structural integrity of your breasts and unless they are addressed the court will be doing a $300 a day fine until they are up to code.
