A favourite paper of mine. It made 3 big contributions IMO. 1) defined psych construct of Trust in romantic relationships (higher order Trust, 3 lower order components). 2) suggested model of how trust develops over time in rel't's. 3) introduced a new SR scale to measure trust. Cited > 6k times. 👇
