That MSNOW interview with Angie Nixon is awful. Her understanding of communism is deliberately ignorant. I am sorry to say. I hope she wins cause she is better than the opponent. But with definitions or rather understandings of communism like that Progressive US politics is doomed. Just sayin’.

US progressives are engaged in some strange definitions of communism. What TRump is doing is NOT communism. And anyone calling it that including Black women politicians are wrong. Why even go there? Call TRump’s politics what it is: corrupt & fascist. To call it communism is already defeat.

Black music from the turn of the 20th century onwards has become the backdrop of modern and late modern life. (Especially when Black people or only a few Black peoole are around). Urban life in the West is repressed Black cultural expression that keeps popping out. Music is the example.
