i actually don't find this moral panic of a story funny bc i can see exactly where it will go: —"intolerent lesbians harm the masculine raw dogging of air" —"controlling bitches" —"disability accomodations = oppression" —"why are transwomen allowed in lesbian bars but not unmasked cis women?"

Truly, I’m tired of the need for a legacy paper to go into a space like this, and THEN castigating them for carving out a safe space for themselves that is hurting nobody outside of it. None of this is helping anyone. And the whole “ew cringe!” lens in modern society only serves to divide us.
