We will be recruiting a postdoc to work on a CIHR-funded project in microbiome stewardship. The aim is to understand how different definitions of microbial diversity influence how we interpret the "health" of microbiomes. Job ad will be forthcoming, but if this sounds interesting do get in touch!

Our paper on thermal adaptation of bacterial growth in response to long-term warming is out, and I want to tell the story bc it still blows my mind that we were able to do this science in a pandemic. 🪡 🧵
