So so happy that @fairygodhimbo.bsky.social and @moosemooter.bsky.social were able to join us for my family’s early holiday party today.
Made Julia child’s cream of mushroom soup, Dauphinoise potatoes and ribeye steaks with a cream sauce. Then tiramisu in chocolate spheres for dessert. This was my first time tempering chocolate and it was a perfect success 😎

The structure is built and ready for decorating next weekend with dam! We chose to do an Italianate style house. What style should we do next year?
