i wish it was more feasible to make interesting and transgressive art like Dennis Cooper's "The Sluts" (just finished, great read!) without getting a dozen callout posts about how you and your art is "problematic". the "keep furry weird***" hypocrites love to limit what stories can be told.
yesterday i played my first little set (music) in front of an audience, sharing my most personal art with people who i admire, idolize, and love, as well as unfamiliar but welcome new faces. very casual, more of a social gathering than a "show", but nonetheless incredibly significant.

it's really fun when you wake up in the dark in the middle of the night with absolutely no feeling and movement in your right arm from the shoulder down. that's like a super cool thing to have happen when your dumb sleepy animal brain can't rationalize what's happening.
