It's great for folks who only like the DL side of ABDL that diapers pair so well with other kink play. Latex and rubber? Diapers under and/or on top! Pooltoys? Great for grinding while diapered. Hypnosis? Straight to diapers. Med fet? You'd better believe it's better with diapers. Fursuits? Diapers!

An adult on the internet with a particularly spotty reputation.
Every Little(and Middle) should have a cozy spot to help connect with their 'real' age. Maybe it's just a plush pile or a puzzle piece rug, maybe it's a crib or even a whole nursery, but whatever it is, it's your safe place for feeling small. If you've got one, share a pic to inspire others!
My favorite Middle aesthetic is pouting tolerance. They're in a stroller(That they obviously don't need!), they have a pacifier(That they obviously don't use, GOSH) clipped to a bandana, and they're looking grumpy but they're not throwing a tantrum(Yet!). Oh, and don't even ask about the diaper bag.
Having trouble getting in touch with your Little side? Try taking a break from your phone. Actively focusing on coloring or puzzles or Legos without grown-up distractions makes it a lot easier, and more fulfilling, to just exist, and helps avoid getting self conscious or reminded of adult life.
Hey look, it's a snep, a sabertooth spottycat, and a chew toy, all hanging out together! So much for that whole food chain thing. 🦷: @frostbitefox.bsky.social 🦌: @tyafterbedtime.bsky.social 📸: @pepper.snowcat.link
POV: You're looking over my shoulder as I give a lesson on changing a puppy's diaper. Try to pay attention, from powder to wipes to tapes, every part of the process is important! #Babyfurcon #FursuitFriday 🐕: @meko.bsky.social 📸: @powdercrew.pics
Wanting to help someone feel Little and wanting to do naughty things with someone can be very separate for me, which is challenging given how many folks into ABDL have diapers and the dynamic around them as a core part of either their identity or sexuality, or both.
You belong in diapers. Don't bother fussing that you "don't need diapers", that's not what I said. Excuses like "I'm not a baby" or "someone might see" are besides the point entirely. Your butt belongs in thick, snugly taped up diapers and that's all there is to it.
How you communicate feedback after intimacy is important. Listing the actions you enjoyed is just as valuable as explaining ones that didn't work for you. If you only provide negative feedback, partners may get discouraged, if you only provide positive feedback, partners won't know what to repeat!
Caretaker Tip: You're going to make mistakes, and that's okay. The first time I changed a diaper, I missed a tape, it happens! Being nervous, or just having a lot still to learn, is fine, and anyone you're babysitting should understand. You'll get better with time, just keep at it!
Caretaker Tip: One of the most important questions you can ask before babysitting is "What are your limits?", even if sex isn't the goal. There are plenty of ABDL activities that some folks just aren't comfortable with, and that's fine! Strong communication helps everyone have a better experience.
Whose fault is a diaper leak? Most littles I know are happy to blame their babysitter, but your better understand that if you say that, you're surrending your right to choose your own underwear, and opening yourself up to getting checked wherever you are and whatever you're doing.
Okay, I know most ABDL artists would prefer to hear appreciation for ALL the elements of a finished piece, and do I try to credit all the parts that they did well on. ...but sometimes I just want to be cringe and gush about how goddamned awesome a job they did on the diaper and how great it looks.
One surprising thing about being a caretaker is the profound impact you can have on others with simple validation and kindness. So many people have hidden any interest in age regression or diapers or anything related. Giving someone their first positive, affirming experience can be life changing.
Work is annoying, ask me TMI Tuesday questions to distract me and I'll answer when I can.
Been a while since I've posted anything #FursuitFriday, so let's pop into the ol' time machine and remember a moment when I caught a @galefrostbane.bsky.social at FWA 2025. 📸: @foxyhop.bsky.social
Social Media can lead to such weird experiences, like people being super attracted to your character or the slice of you that they see online, when they wouldn't give you a second glance in real life.
To help distract me from the heat, anyone want to ask me any hot TMI Tuesday questions? Or regular questions, whatever works.
I'd like to think I've gotten pretty good about creating a calming and reassuring vibe when changing diapers. It can take some of the fun out of it when people don't get as huffy or 'excited' as they used to, but it's pretty nice to help people get used to diapers as a normal part of their life.
Just thinking about testing people who are in denial about interest in ABDL or babyfurs by getting them to say the word "Diaper" out loud. If they hesitate or blush even a little then we might as well start leading them to the changing table right now.
Important reminder: Wearing adult diapers doesn't have to be about being babied. Anyone in diapers can still be a Middle or even a Caretaker or Dom, and there's nothing about being diapered that stops you from being a top, either. It's just a (sexy) underwear choice, it doesn't limit your identity.
Caretaker Tip: Help any Littles you babysit put their favorite plushies in diapers. After all, if their best friend is wearing one, and smells like fresh baby powder, why should a Little be self conscious about being diapered?
I encourage Little and Regression coded activities with friends as a key form of mutual validation. Cartoons, coloring, having a plush nearby are things that kids were bullied or even punished for when they were young. Seeing that you're not alone, that these are okay expressions of self is healing.
Are we still doing TMITuesday? Well, if so feel free to drop me a question, here or via DM.
Diapers shouldn't just be about teasing and humiliation. There is every reason to praise someone for wearing diapers and giving them positive reinforcement. "I'm so proud of you for diapering up today." "You did such a good job with those tapes." "That diaper matches your outfit so well!"
Even after a long time being inactive on social media, one thing never changes. I only notice my typos after people have seen and reacted to them and there's no hiding my shame.
Caretaker Tip: Keep track of sources of comfort for when your Little is feeling down or overwhelmed. Swooping in with the right plush to tuck into their arms, song to queue up, or snack to feed them can really turn their whole day around and remind them that they're not facing life's troubles alone.
Caretaker Tip: Just because you don't have a changing table doesn't mean you can't improvise some cozy vibes. Behold, the Blanket Fort of Diaper Changing:
Them, visiting family: I'm so diaper brained right now but can't wear. Me, "helping": Because you know you belong in diapers. The soft, comforting feeling of your hips being hugged by secure tapes, the rustle of plastic, the familiar, safe bulk...
