I just received a birthday card mailed from a friend in Tennessee. It had NO postmark on it, NO cancelation mark on the stamp. Nothing to indicate when, or even if, it was put in the mail. No postmark = no proof of when it was received by the post office. If that was a ballot that arrived after 1/2
Well, that was unfortunate. My lawn guys are here, and it's already 90 degrees outside. I went out to ask them if they wanted popsicles when they're done, and since they had on ear protection, I not only spoke loudly, I mimed eating a popsicle. Now I'm afraid to open the door if they knock.

The ICE officer responsible for the shooting had been dragged by a car and injured. Because of that, they say he had reason to think his life was in danger. And yet he *still* walked in front of a moving vehicle. If experience didn't teach him anything, no amount of training is gonna help this one.

Just got back from Penzey's. It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it for half off almost everything. Their products and their employees are awesome. And they are quite vocal in their opposition to Trump, and all things MAGA, even though they know it will alienate some. Great company!
