Es ist Zeit zu sagen: Ich verachte den Faschismus und die Faschisten.
Eine Klinik auf dem Land, die den Patienten nicht behandeln kann, die nicht mal eine Diagnose stellen kann oder sich nicht traut den Patienten zu behandeln, führt zu keiner Besserung Versorgung des Patienten. Diese Klinik hält den Patienten von einer guten Versorgung fern.
Die Reform ist beschlossen. Was bleibt ist die Ungewissheit, was kommen wird. M.E. ist das erst der Anfang einer notwendigen Reform des Gesundheitssystems. Wichtig für mich wäre allerdings, dass Krankenhausplanung unabhängig von Landes-, Stadt- und Kreisgrenzen wird. Nur so wäre die optimale/1

How to NIV. Für viele eine Sache mit Berührungsängsten. Man muss irgendwas mit Beatmung machen, und das idR am wachen Patienten. Doch so schlimm ist das ganze gar nicht. Let's go, fangen wir mit der Indikation an: grob gesagt zuviel CO2 oder zuwenig O2, vor Intubation oder nach Extubation.
