NEWS: Ricardo Hernandez-Navarrete is coming home. The Chicago Public Schools senior who was arrested by ICE agents at a routine check-in in March was released Tuesday after a bond hearing in immigration court, a spokeswoman for his attorneys told the Tribune.

NEWS: Eighteen people who were "unlawfully arrested and brutalized by federal agents" during the military-style raid on their apartment building in South Shore are filing administrative complaints against the federal government.

Lame once more: Aldermen just failed to make quorum AGAIN — this time forcing a Chicago Public Schools-focused meeting to be cancelled. Dr. Macquline King — who is expected to be made permanent CPS CEO later today — was ready to answer questions. But aldermen didn’t show up, second time in a row.
