Last week saw the collaborative BAMS/MSA Weird Modernisms conference in Loughborough! It was such a pleasure to get to meet my fellow BAMS reps, new friends and colleagues, and to hear about their amazing (and weird!) research. A huge thank you to the Loughborough team for all their work ❤️

Presenting my first conference paper wasn’t as scary as I had thought! Such a great time speaking about Mina Loy’s ‘Surreal Scene’ and her concerns over the use of women’s bodies in art.
