Another day, another "opportunity" for a paid sponsorship with an AI music company (why do they keep thinking I'll bite?). At least the USB power bank company would make a tiny bit more sense (but still, no)

Playing the first proper Patient Whales live set next month in Dundas, Ontario with the incredibly talented David MacKinnon (Fembots, Drones Over Duffering). Both excited and terrified. Advance tickets: ticketscene.ca/events/64488/ (Poster made by me from layers of my sketchbook)

Wow! Looks like I'll hit 5K subs on Youtube later this month. Need to start planning something to celebrate. At 2K I did a studio tour...Any suggestions?

Apparently Patient Whales was #597 on some kind of college radio chart last month! I'll take it, considering only CFMU in Hamilton has it so far (but Kamloops just asked for a copy, so we're hitting the big time)

A list of albums on a college radio chart numbered 582-616, with Patient Whales - Patient Whales Ate The Sea at number 597

Someone was getting rid of this old Panasonic micro cassette recorder, so I gave it a new home. Had to do a few repairs, but the tape is full of kids playing on a school bus and an interview with the local fire department. Should be fun to do something with
