Replay QA is hitting at a unique moment in time where anyone with an idea can build an app in minutes. With this new superpower of creating more, faster, comes a new challenge... how do we make sure the code written by AI works?
Replay QA is still live on Product Hunt. If you are building or launching an app, try it with a real URL. The useful feedback is not “looks cool”. It is whether the report helps you find and fix something before users do. www.producthunt.com/products/rep...
AI wrote the app. Replay QA finds what broke
Replay QA explores your app, records every session, finds real bugs, and gives your coding agent the root cause and fix.

Replay QA discovers the user journeys in your app automatically. It clicks through pages, fills forms, maps the flows. Then it runs each one with a real browser and reports what broke. www.producthunt.com/products/rep...
if you watched The Greenfield Games and were as mad as I was that the AI bot team was such a strong competitor, this tool is why. Brian from Replay set up an agentic loop that would build, deploy, run Loop QA, and repeat until it couldn't find any more problems — upsettingly good at checking boxes
Useful question coming up from today’s Replay QA launch: Is this supposed to replace testing? No - that would be a silly claim. Replay QA is about catching browser-level broken flows and turning them into useful debugging context. www.producthunt.com/products/rep...

Every broken flow in Replay QA comes with a report. The error, the page, the browser state. No screenshots, no guesswork. Launching today on Product Hunt. www.producthunt.com/products/rep...
The Replay QA workflow: 1. Paste in your app URL 2. Replay QA inspects it in the browser 3. You get a structured report 4. Your team or agent gets better debugging context Catch broken flows before users do. www.producthunt.com/products/rep...

“I hope the bot doesn't win.” 🤖 That’s roughly the energy going into Greenfield Games Ep4. Dana is back, the stakes are clearer, and everyone wants to build the app that wins. Premieres today at 3pm PT / 6pm ET.
There’s a very specific kind of panic that only happens when people are building apps under pressure. Greenfield Games Ep4 has that. Also, someone really hopes a bot didn’t win. Premieres Thursday. 3pm PT / 6pm ET.
Dana’s back. She joined us in episode 1, and in episode 4 she’s very clear about the assignment: build the winning app. Greenfield Games Ep4 premieres Thursday. 3pm PT / 6pm ET.
Most AI-built apps don't have a test suite. The first honest test is a real user clicking around, and the first you hear about a broken flow is when they tell you. Or worse, when they don't. Replay QA finds the bugs and hands you the recording of exactly what broke and why. buff.ly/NWo1JBH

🚀 Episode 3 of the Greenfield Games on @codetv.dev comes out tomorrow (3pm PT / 6pm ET) So far in the series, the autonomous app builder (C.H.A.D.S.) and the human teams are tied 1:1. Tune in to find out if C.H.A.D.S's app will win, or if one of the human team's will beat it.
Yessssss. Can't wait for this. The Replay team will be hanging in the chat during the premiere. Hope to see you there.
NEW SERIES DROPS TOMORROW — join the watch party tomorrow at 3pm Pacific @itsthatladydev.bsky.social hosts a new series that explores just how much AI has impacted "build vs. buy" conversations around SaaS by putting devs to the test to build popular SaaS tools, presented by @replay-io.bsky.social
Introducing the first post in a new series we’re calling Replay Time Travelogues. Read @acemarke.dev 's retelling of his time travels through a gnarly React scheduling bug originally shared by @danabra.mov Get your popcorn ready folks. It’s a real deep-dive!
Replay time-travel makes solving impossible bugs possible. Dan Abramov recently fixed a React scheduling bug, but his agent struggled to find it until he added logs to React. I gave my agent Replay MCP, and it found the bug + fix in <10 minutes! Details: blog.replay.io/replay-time-...
Going to React Miami? Don’t miss Mark’s talk. He will be sharing for the first time the new time travel magic we’ve been conjuring over here.
Doing the devrel / speaker thing again! On my way to AI Engineer / React Miami! I'm hanging out all week, and speaking Friday on "React Compiler Rendering". I'll also be showing off Replay MCP and my recent React tools work, and how they enable agents to fix bugs and improve perf! Come say hi!
Just shipped the first versions of the new Replay MCP tools for analyzing Zustand stores and TanStack Query caches! We already had tools for React render insights and Redux actions+state. Now I'm adding more tools to give your agents insights into other libraries as well!
A Replay recording is like nothing else in your software delivery stack. Replay captures what happens at runtime in your web app. One team said "Now that I see what Replay can do, we're going to add more Playwright tests!" Go to replay.io to start shipping with confidence.
We built a benchmark to test how well AI agents actually debug web apps — 177 real, hard problems. Results: 🥇 76% Claude Code + Replay MCP 🥈 68% Codex 🥉 61% Claude Code (no Replay) 📉 48% Gemini Time travel debugging is the difference!! Full report → web-debug-bench.replay.io
Just shipped new RecordingOverview and ReduxActions tools for Replay MCP! Overview surfaces renders, test failures, errors. Actions is Redux DevTools for agents. Ran against a real React 19 upgrade E2E failure recording, and an agent nailed the cause and fix in 30s! Exactly what we want to enable!
This was a _great_ discussion! Got to share a lot of details on my work maintaining Redux (including WIP React-Redux optimizations), as well as the work I'm doing for my day job @replay-io.bsky.social and building time-travel debugging analysis that understands React and Redux deeply.
What involved with running Redux, on of the largest react state management libraries? Find out on our latest episode with @acemarke.dev! www.youtube.com/watch?v=6z4-... open.spotify.com/episode/02PE...
cooking something big with the @replay-io.bsky.social team, @itsthatladydev.bsky.social, and friends tomorrow 👀 coming soon to a @codetv.dev near you
Introducing Replay PreCog: We got tired of waiting for bugs to happen. So we built a debugger that doesn't. Replay Precog delivers deterministic root-cause analysis for bugs in code you haven't written yet. Arrest the bug before it commits the crime. replay.io/precog
Development has changed. Why stick to old ways when debugging? Fix your next bug with Replay MCP: replay.help/mcp
Introducing: Replay MCP Debug the runtime instead of debugging code. A.I. has limited access to how your code executes, but that’s where most issues are. Replay MCP brings the browser debugger data into the conversation. It performs a root cause analysis and points the agent to the right place.
