I can finally share this cover I painted for @timmehjimmeh.bsky.social for the second volume of his webcomic, "Revenants"! Go find him in the dealers den at #SAFC2025 #SouthAfriFur! Watercolour, ink and salt. Glass cracks enhanced digitally by @thebeardlyben.art ✨

A comic cover for a comic named Revenants by Tim Jardim. It is labeled Book Two: Operation. It shows a Belgian malinois anthro character looking into a broken mirror, which looks like it has been shot directly in the eye. In the area where the glass has fallen away, a dog skull is revealed, with a bullet-sized "hole" of light where the eye should be. He is making eye contact with the viewer, looking haunted. There is a green mottled background. The art was made using watercolour, ink and gouache.

My hand holding up a watercolour painting. It shows a Belgian malinois anthro character looking into a broken mirror, which looks like it has been shot directly in the eye. My workspace with watercolour palettes filled with browns, greens, umbers, greys, black and white. Tubes of paint are scattered around and the painting is partially visible next to it.

As of the 31st of October 2025 SouthAfrifur -- the organizers of the biggest (only?) furry convention on the African continent -- is a registered company! Wow.. I remember attending the first furmeet in someone's house in Gqeberha (then Port Elizabeth). I think there were eight furries at the time?
