An editor desk rejecting manuscripts that aren’t written with assistance of AI. What an incredible time to be alive.
After months of writing grants and other clerical research/admin work, it is a huge breath of fresh air to spend a day looking through some exciting raw data.
There are some cool use cases for AI/LLMs, but it’s just stunning to see so many educated adults using it for the most basic and useless tasks… Silver lining… it’s so refreshing to see my teens and their friends hating on AI/LLMs and avoiding it all costs
