The asshole that owns the Dodgers also owns the Lakers. Oh, and he’s also under federal investigation for a 16 billion dollar fraud scheme. Will that ring be enough for a pardon?

I stand in solidarity with everyone who gathered this weekend in Pasadena to demand justice for Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, Joan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, and every person who has lost their life at the hands of ICE. We will not stop fighting ICE's lawlessness.

Trump traded GEO Group and CoreCivic stocks, two private prison corporations, nearly 30 times in 2025. GEO Group’s profits increased by 700% that year and CoreCivic raked in $650 million in ICE contracts — both benefiting Trump’s stock portfolio. Cashing in on his own cruelty.

Being a SF Giants Fan I really disliked the Dodgers about as much as I dislike the Lakers. But thought I had changed my mind when the Dodgers stood up to ICE. But the Dodgers spitballing with Trump will forever stain that good deed. Fuck the Dodgers.

Mexican man killed by truck while fleeing ICE was in U.S. legally on tourist visa. "According to the Miami Herald, [28-year-old Juan Jairo Coronilla Durán], from the Mexican state of Guanajuato, had only been in Florida for two days when he died..." www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

Man killed in ICE ‘encounter’ was on vacation in US with tourist visa – reports

Juan Jairo Coronilla Durán ran into traffic and killed by semi after federal officials approached him at Florida gas station

Honestly, the networks should stop televising live anything to do with the WH and Cabinet. They're complicit in spreading misinformation.

We all know this is true. The SC knew it too, which is why they gave him immunity. But if the immunity was supposed to just be for official acts, why are they using it to cover everything, including insurrection and treason?

The House voted 214-208 to pass a war powers resolution directing the president to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities with Iran. This is the second time the House has voted to rein in the president’s war powers over Iran.

Huge corporations like Amazon, Walmart, and Uber are among the top employers of SNAP and Medicaid recipients. Meanwhile, their CEOs are raking in multi-million dollar pay packages. How is this not a bigger scandal?

I posted about judging the Dodgers for visiting the White House and a bunch of people responded with, "Why do you care, they're just athletes, ignore it." This shit is why. We ignore the actions of the rich, famous, and influential at our own peril. I don't give a shit if they're just athletes.

Accepting a White House invitation from Trump is no longer just a formality. For a team built on a diverse and immigrant-heavy fan base, it is a disregard for the humanity of their supporters. @carronjphillips.bsky.social goes deeper

This is random, but I wanted to extend my gratitude to Democratic Congresswoman Joyce Beatty for her tireless effort in protecting the Kennedy Center from being fully destroyed by a vindictive jealous petty classless criminal. 💙👊

It's a sign of how shockingly corrupt this country has become that a nominee for Attorney General is given a hearing by the Senate *the very same week* he has been referred by a judge for possible disbarment for unethical behavior. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The only president ever impeached for voter fraud is planning a prime time address to warn the country about voter fraud. My head hurts.

TINA SMITH: Researchers in MN made a breakthrough in childhood cancer in Black kids with a grant. But it seems that according to your proposed rule, this type of research wouldn't allowed bc it's 'DEI.' VOUGHT: We are against DEI policies. We have intended to rid of them whenever we possibly can.

SHOCK NYT REPORT: DHS now admits the man ICE killed in Houston wasn't even their target. Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a 35-year U.S. resident, was just driving to work when agents — with no body cameras — shot him dead searching for two other men who weren't even in the van. Gift link in reply.
