I just now cut a very abusive person out of my life. Marking the beginning of my path towards healing. It's gonna be a long one, and I don't even know if it's ever going to end. But it won't stop me from making the most of my life. Stay tuned for updates, and other wild shenanigans

My Low Self-Worth – A Vent post

I've recently been reflecting a lot about my life, and my mental health. And if anyone hasn't noticed: I have very low self-worth. Struggled with it since I was a kid, and never really went away since. In fact, it wasn't until very recently that I finally started to go on a long path towards healing. The environment I grew up, the communities I was in, my father, and lots of other factors have severely fucked me up.

Not to mention, Twitter is legitemately dangerous these days. Because people you can see your profile and posts, regardless if you have blocked them, it basically enables stalkers and harassers' stalking and harassing. What do you think? Is that a valid reason to leave that hellhole of a platform?

What Ko-Star means to me – A complete re-brand

Hi there, creators. I'm Koen. And for the past six years I've been making video essays to do with animation, psychology and mental health. I started creating this content under the name of PhoenixStarYT. Which came about because of my fursona Phoenix Star. When I started making these videos in 2020, I was a very self conscious wolf. I wasn't comfortable with attaching my real name to the content I was making.
