We just had to buy a new dryer. Adulting is hard, and it sucks. But not in the way.

We've been forced to choose, and I'm on the side of Ukraine and not Russia and the USA.

All FRINGE fans, do you prefer Olivia or Liv?

(1/4) - I had very high hopes for the second offering of the 9th day of the 31 Horror Movies (minimum) in the 31 Days Halloween Marathon. I'm serious, high hopes. The movie is a 2017 British flick named Dawning of the Dead.

(1/3) - Wow! We've already reached day 9 of the 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days Halloween Marathon. The time is spiraling out way too fast. I can, and do, watch hundreds (maybe) of horror movies a year, but there's something about October that makes them ever so much better.

(1/4) - So, our dumbass, drunken, rapist Kriegsminister has decided to livestream the execution by firing squad of the Fort Hood mass shooter. This, fellow humans and more attractive aliens, represents the death of the American soul.

(1/4) - We just had a near-tragedy in the Hilden home. My mother dropped her medication last night, and she, with the assistance of the boy, picked it all up. Then, about half an hour ago, she came out here and told me she thought the puppy had eaten one of her pills.

(1/3) - Today is the 8th day of the 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days Halloween Horror Movie Marathon. Today's watch was bittersweet. I chose a movie I remember liking in the past, but upon rewatching it for the first time in a decade, I found it to be kinda meh.

And what is Ol' Josh's current side-project obsession?

(1/3) - We've reached day 7, film number 2, of the 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days 2026 Marathon. So, what's on the chopping block today? I've decided to pull out yet another comfort film. This time it's Late Night with the Devil. This movie has two things I absolutely love.

Ignorance was shown the door!

(1/2) - I finally got back to writing my short story. Things have been kinda hectic around here for the last month, so I've been caught up in behind-the-scenes work. But damn, it felt good to write again.

(1/5) - Day 7 of the 2026 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days has arrived, and I'm starting it out with an old favorite. Like so many other horror fans, I waited a long time for Freddy VS Jason to come out. But unlike a significant portion of said fans, I really love the movie.

(1/3) - OMG, it's already day 6 of the 2026 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days Marathon. Our only sampling of the evening is the original 1980 installment of Friday The 13th. I have to be honest, this movie has never terrified me. Hell, it barely scares me.

Why can't we be more like the French? We used to be the ones known for aggressive protesting.

(1/3) - Once again, and it sickens me that I have to say it again, BELIEVE WOMEN! Since the news broke, I've been sliding down the rabbit hole of the Fane Doe/Cornell (50) 7, and something struck me.

You know, when I walk in, people still be like, "Damn, that's a cold ass honkey."

The original Annabelle. If I'd watched it in the theater, I might have asked for my money back. Be scarier, Annabelle!

(1/4) - It's day number 6 of the 2026 31 Horror Movies in 31 Days Marathon. Our first of maybe two flicks today. Or maybe not. We'll see where my heart takes me. It's the only movie to ever feature a relative of mine. We are talking about my favorite John Carpenter movie, Prince of Darkness.
