Yu Sun, one of five animators commissioned by the Alasdair Gray Archive and @canongate.co.uk, created a mixed-media response to Chapter Twelve of Lanark. Inspired by Duncan Thaw’s childhood imagination, the film premiered at Gray Day 2026.
