Welcome! I'm Ralf from 🇩🇪. The sign says it all: get naked! I'm simply proud of my small penis and stand tall for #smalldickpositivity. Let's celebrate real bodies, drop the hidden shame, and #breakthetaboo together. Love your body! 🙌 #malebodypositivity #nudism

Berlin, you were amazing! 🌟 Waving goodbye to outdated body standards at the World Naked Bike Ride. Standing tall for #smalldickpositivity because every man deserves to feel great in his own skin. No pressure, just pure joy & freedom! 🚴‍♂️💨 #WNBR #Nudism #BodyPositivity

Smallest package in the pack, but largest smile! 😁 Riding naked with friends shows that body size doesn’t dictate your joy or worth. I feel amazing just as I am. Let’s drop the pressure and the taboos! 🤜🤛 #smalldickpositivity #Nudism #SelfLove #FreeYourMind

Arms wide open, worries cast away! 🔥 Embracing my body exactly as it is to support #smalldickpositivity. No more hiding, no more silly comparisons. We need to celebrate male body diversity and stop the hidden shame. Stand proud, fellas! 🤜🤛 #Nudism #SelfLove

"Together with respect" – not just on the bike path, but in our minds! 🚴‍♂️ As a nudist, I stand for #smalldickpositivity. True masculinity isn't measured in inches. Let’s break the taboo and celebrate body diversity. Respect and self-love for all men! 🙌 #Nudism #BodyPositivity

A wonderful nude season is coming to an end. I'm blessed with the best friends of Taunus-Nackt-Mountainbike-Group. We had great naked tours at the Taunus and at the #WNBR-Berlin, a ride I will never forget! #nudity #naturism #Naturismus

Today is naked in nature day. Unfortunately the weather is a bit chilly today, so I share my favourit moment of this year. The WNBR Berlin 2026. A great opportunity to show, how friendly and peaceful nudity is. #nudity #naturism #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

What about you guys? Do you also recommend this approach? #naturism #nudist #freedom

With temperatures around 37°C, it is not easy, but it's good that in my home I can be myself and be free. Hope you have your own safe and comfortable spaces too! #naturism #nudism #nudehome

„Freiheit auf zwei Rädern! 🚲✨ Der WNBR war für mich nicht nur Protest für sichere Straßen, sondern auch der perfekte Ort für Body Positivity. Schluss mit Tabus rund um Intimrasur und unrealistische Körperideale – steht zu euch, genau so wie ihr seid! #BodyPositivity #SmallDickPositivity #WNBR“

My favourit picture of the WNBR-Berlin 2026! One of my best times ever! #nudity #naturism #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

Love those great nude bicycle tours with my awesome group! #nudity #naturism #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

WNBR-Berlin was a great opportunity to promote small dick positivity. I was proud to show, that a small dick is not an issue, it is just a variation of beauty. Unfortunately some grass-bugs bite me some days before. But, that is the risk of nudity! 😉 #nudity #naturism #smalldickpositivity

There are a few WNBR-Berlin flags available. You can get one for 10 € each plus shipping. The 10 € will completely be donated to "Grüner Stern", this is a organisation, supporting police personel, that was injured in action. If you want one, please contact me. Format 30x50 cm

I have been following @ralf-sprenger.bsky.social for a long time of his journey to becoming a #naturist and it is amazing how he, and his team, finally achieved the unthinkable, a #nakedbikeride in Berlin. Thank you so much for spreading the word of #bodyposititvy and being such a great role model.❤️

Our first WNBR in Berlin was a big success! The police was very supportive and did a great job! We had a great demonstration, that social nudity is nothing to be affraid of! #nudity #natusism #Naturismus

Unten ohne, oben oft mit Helm: So fuhren Hunderte Naturisten am Sonntag 30 Kilometer durch Berlin. Zum ersten Mal fand der "World Naked Bike Ride" statt.

Just started my travel to Berlin, where our group the Taunus-Nackt-Mountainbike-Group is initiating the first total nude WNBR in Germany since the last 15 years! Berlin, I'm coming! #nudity #naturism #Naturismus #wnbr-berlin

Teilnehmer des sogenannten World Naked Bike Ride wollen am Sonntag von 11 bis 17 Uhr nackt durch Berlin fahren. Mit der Fahrt wollen sie für die Ideale des Naturismus eintreten.

Being smallest guy around - doesn't matter in a naturist activity! Try the freeing power of social nudity! There is no comparison in a naturist environment! Just enjoy a great nude time! #nudity #naturism #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

Nude moments are the best moments ever! #naturism #nudity #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

I enjoy every nude moment in nature! Can't imagine anything, that is more joy! #naturism #nudity #Naturismus #smalldickpositivity

Is there anything better, than a nude bike ride under the sun? I would say: I don't know anything. #naturism #nudity #Naturismus

A quiet nude ride in the morning. I decided to do a ride in the morning hours of a hot summer day. Just a few minutes after I started my drone, I met a young deer on my way. It gave me an interested look and vanished into the woods. Love to be part of nature. #naturism #nudity #Naturismus
