There's like 3 people in my role at work and like every day there's a manager complaining that our work isn't getting done when we're on break. So annoying. Here 5 days a week with 7.5 hours of uninterrupted work and it's still not enough for these people.

I've been very anxious to get involved in speedrun subcommunities lately. Part of it is that I do get ladder anxiety even in speedrunning but I'm also weary from all the melodrama over the years. Even YTGV which was relatively Extremely Chill had a guy fake his own death to see how people respond.
