Today, I wanted to write down what I felt. Everyone’s journey eventually comes to an end. I have accepted that for a long time. But what weighed on my heart today was not the limits of my own time. It was the thought that the sounds not yet born might remain asleep, never reaching this world. ↓

Completely forgot I was on painkillers after dental work and jumped into training. Got hit with dizziness within seconds—my body just force-quit me 😂 Turns out the meds weren’t just for pain… they were also there to stop me from doing something stupid. Respect. Thanks 😊
