I come from a family of immigrants who were welcomed in by Great Britain. 90 years ago in 1935 my family (on my father’s side) arrived in London fleeing Jewish persecution in Nazi Germany. 50 years later, in 1985, they threw a ’Thank You Britain Party’ .
