the new thing I'm writing is in the triangle of leonorra carringtons little novel the stone door, the movie primer, and the framework of oracle books. it's taking the most planning per word I've needed to do so far because the whole thing is a many sided puzzle that i need to design before writing

starting this week I'm mailing out a hundred copies of black sparks 2 to semi-random bookstores around the US with the hopes that some of them will either buy more zines from me or just put them on a free shelf or something.

just finished making 50 copies of the new carcinogen press zine, (all godless creatures) by "rare gore". these will be at left bank and @seattlezinefest.org next weekend, and once I finish the other three zines I'm working on I'll start sending them to some other bookstores too.

did a reprint and redesign of another of my zines from last year. this one is called Other People's Blood. got it done in time for the @seattlezinefest.org on sunday, and then I'm going to start sending them and all the others to other book stores in the next few weeks.

finished writing the second of eleven sections for my magic book. right now I'm calling it self immolation. i was calling it angel system. I finally learned how to pronounce goëtia yesterday.

This one is actually a homage to a previous painting I did and gifted to Rats about 5 years ago, Two Lovers (acrylic on canvas). It was back when my art style was a bit more abstract.

my next fiction project is going to be about magic. something obscure and deeply anti social. something about the writing of extemophiles and the currents of my life these past two years have made me feel too much like a positive member of society. the new thing is about destruction and escape.

I'm waiting a little longer than usual to publish my next book because Im focusing on getting the press set up and releasing versions of my older books that I'm happy with printing in longer runs. right now I have one poetry book finished, halfway through writing the next and Im working on a novella

I'm really impatiently waiting for a new long arm stapler to come in the mail because my old one broke. I'm trying to release four more zines for carcinogen before the end of the month, mostly all formatted and finished, but I really want to start assembling them and I can't yet.
