And Beast of Reincarnation complete! I overall really enjoyed the game. It's very much flawed and I think a little tough to recommend to people unless they have very specific tastes like mine. Like, combat can carry a game for me and I really enjoyed the combat.

My usual gaming subreddits are getting flooded with the DLSS 5 AI stuff and like, does everyone want their games to look identical with 0 art direction.

Since I beat Mortal Shell 2 last night, I gotta get back to Beast of Reincarnation. I'd paused my playthrough as both are parry games and it was going to ruin my life trying to adjust to 2 different parry timings haha I'm reluctant to start any new games until Crimson Moon comes out next week.

And beat Mortal Shell 2! I obviously didn't go super completionist as I was trying not to look much stuff up. Overall it was a great game that I really enjoyed. It wasn't flawless, though I appreciate that the devs were quick to iron out a lot of the problems.

Oh hell yeah, Mortal Shell 2 had a massive patch today and it appears to fix any criticisms I've had thus far. They did things to help with the runbacks and made it to where you can actually upgrade every shell in 1 playthrough.

One thing that's cool about having cleared FRU in FFXIV is how meaningful it was. So I started savage raiding during Stormblood, but did it fairly casually so I only ever did the first fights usually. My actual first full savage raid tier I ever cleared was the first tier of Eden.
