Absentee voting (or vote by mail) in MN is built with multiple layers of security to protect voters and ensure every ballot is counted accurately. And, it is a federal offense for USPS workers to toss out/tamper with mail-in ballots (or any mail!) punishable by 5 years in prison & a $250k fine.
