Had a wonderful time on the closing plenary for the IP Scholars Conference at @law.stanford.edu! I presented my current project, "The Terms & Conditions of Generative AI," co-authored w John Newman. We explain what's good, not so good, & actually quite bad about generative AI boilerplate.
