Ricardo Gonzalez, a 40-year-old U.S. citizen, was riding his e-bike in Long Beach, California, when ICE agents struck him with an unmarked vehicle and tased him twice. ICE thought he was someone else.
Video shows him pinned face down and handcuffed, crying because his arm was broken and begging for paramedics. Local police eventually got him to medical care. A bike ride in your own neighborhood should never end like this.
