Back home from Momocon 2026 and holy shit what a time it was. This was both my first convention and my first out of state LAN, and now I definitely don't want it to be the last. I got to spend a lot of time with some really cool people and it was honestly everything I could've asked for and more.

I know I'm late but it's taken me a while to fully gather my thoughts. I'm mostly frustrated that the kindness of myself and some of my friends was taken advantage of in this way. That's entirely on me for not doing good journalism, but now I sit with the knowledge that I partially fueled the flames

I'm gonna ask this on main for reasons I'll explain later, but if any mutuals know an FA who's 19+, willing to play 2-3x a week, good mental + vibes, and fw our comp and learning environment pls send them out way. Weapons in the +1 tier are suggestions but not exhaustive!

After reading the whole doc/script, I'm just left wondering what's the point of making this video now? What does doing this resolve? How does its existence improve the community and make it safer? Naturally, the answer's pretty obvious, and that's to re-legitimize the Splat Safety org, but

LTC 2024 was by far the best weekend of my life. I saw so many great friends, I got to fulfill my dream of commentating at a major LAN with some of the best to ever do it, watching Moonlight in grands was unforgettable, it was just magical. I can't wait until I can go to my next LAN
