Last year I attended the @mhrincubator.bsky.social writing retreat and it was the most supportive, protected time for writing I had all year. I also learnt so much from the fantastic speakers and hosts, including @cathycreswell.bsky.social - can't recommend enough.

I had the pleasure of speaking as a keynote at #UKPTS2025 last week - was proud to represent the voices of care-experienced people who have generously contributed to this work and discuss why providing children in care access to the best evidenced assessment and support is vital.

Very much looking forward to sharing the learning we have developed alongside care-experienced people about supporting CEYP mental health in an evidence-informed way. A complete privilege to get to speak on this work at @ukpts.bsky.social 's 2025 Conference in Leeds
