Erm, I may or may not have saved a dying 3080 (and broke two capacitors :p) BUT IT WORKS!!!!! It’s one of those HP prebuilt ones that get really super hot regardless but it has new paste, screws, and the backplate is off (for now). And yes I spray painted the shroud, I regret it, but it works!
