Rukia is wrapped up in her sisters blanket, wrapped in another bigger blanket, coughing occasionally and shivering. Feeling pretty ill today so she’s planning on staying in bed in her room at the Kuchiki home.

The woman is taking a nap, wrapped up in her sisters blanket, on the couch. She’s barely let go of the blanket while she is at home…makes her feel close to her sister.
“Of course, I’ll treasure this…thank you Nii-sama.” She holds the blanket close to her heart, taking a second to think and then stepping close…pulling her brother into a hug. “I’ll treasure this…it’s beautiful.”

He gave her a faint smile,"I had that tailor made for her on our wedding day. It's a shame she never got a chance to use it. Take care of it for me, will you?"
“Thank you brother, that’s very thoughtful of you.” She takes the blanket with a smile, pausing in shock when she sees the letters stitched into it. “This is…Hisana’s blanket? Nii-sama…”

She’s humming along with the song in the movie, something about soda, and turns when she hears the knock. Pausing her movie she stands and goes to open the door. “Oh! Brother hello, how are you?”

She’s sitting in her room in her pajamas with a bowl of snacks and a movie, she’s having a nice day today.
Smiling and laughing as they spin in the cup, little giggles leaving her as the ride starts up. “It does, this is so much fun.”

“We don’t have to wait in line?” That gives her another bright smile, happy to let him lead her to the first ride. “That’s incredible, I’m so excited! I’ve never been on human world rides!”

“Awe you two went shopping to impress me? That’s sweet.” She’s definitely teasing but her eyes light up as she sees the booths and ride, the food stalls, everything. “Oh Renji! Look at this! It’s so beautiful!”

I told him what was happening and he thought I should dress to impress.” He smiles, blushing a bit as they make their way to the event. Booths of food, games, everything you could think of- even rides! Renji’s sure to purchase two day and meal passes for them both.
“Oh is that why I’m here? Wonderful!” She smiles softly, nodding while she holds her position. “His pride means a lot to him, but just the fact that he’s trusting you with this means he knows you are good at what you do. I know I think you’re wonderful at this.”

“Well of course I was curious, but if my brother wanted me to read it he would have told me. It was for you.” She watches as Yoruichi reads the letter, confusion in her gaze as she stands with tape and a clipboard. Then she makes to follow her through the store, glancing around. “Oh okay!”

She chuckles softly, forever amused by their friendship…reaching for the letter she smiles and hands it over to her. “He wanted me to give this to you, I’m not sure what it is. I didn’t read it.”

She is in the middle of drills, so it takes a few minutes to see she had a message. Smiling she responds 📲 Hello brother! I hope your day is going well. 📲 I have not had a chance to, I was going to see her tonight after I finished with work. I apologize.

Rukia smiles softly, taking his arm and hugging it as they walk. “I like your new outfit Renji, when did you get that?” She’s so happy to be going to the fair with him, food…games…rides!

Smiling, Renji offers his arm. “This way, my lady.” As he leads her to the enormous fair.
“Perfect!” She grins, running back inside to change clothes. Coming back down 10 minutes later in a white shirt and skirt “Alright! Here we go!”
