Nothing better than getting a visit of a former PhD student (Manuel Iburg) who has finished his first postdoc in Houston and is now heading to Cambridge, UK with a Marie Curie Fellowship to start his second postdoc. It was great having you Manuel for a talk and a reunion celebration.

At #UniJena, a bundle of new equipment is used to investigate the misfolding and aggregation of the Huntington's protein, the molecular trigger of Huntington's disease, in more detail. The European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) is funding this with almost 400,000 euros. Thank you! 🙏 🇪🇺
