Not like I needed motivation, but I now have it in spades to workout just as hard as Scarlett! Here's to the bodybuilder who has been a huge influence on my own fitness journey.

Alright been having some fun in the Division 1. I also am itching for another cocktail challenge for this weekend. So here is the pitch: send me a screenshot and location of a bar or gang base in the map of the game and I will pick a few to treat as if I would serve cocktails at the location.

October 27th to today, 17 weeks. Despite holidays, trips, and sickness, lost 17lbs total mass and 1.7% bf. Since the cut goal was 1 to 2 lbs a week, this has been a successful cut.
One last night left of my cut. Then? Well two costco pepperoni pizzas(RIP combo pizza) and soup dumplings are probably better then becoming some folklore entity of hunger... pizza probably runs away slower...
A great back and bicep maximal day. By mid day Friday, I will be off my cut, so this is the calm before the storm. Anyone else hungry or is that just me?
