Construction has started on street improvements at the junction of Romford Road at Woodgrange Road. Improvements will include: - New segregated cycle tracks - Safer and easier pedestrian crossing points - A new traffic light system to aid traffic flow

TfL's FAQ (haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/monument-jun...) says "important to protect cyclists, but we must also keep a balance for all road users... not disproportionally impact timings for buses and other vehicles". Instead of a 'proper' Dutch or even Manchester-style protected junction that means this...

As we near the end of summer, there's been lots of progress on cycleway development in London. The first here shows the Levelling-Up funded new cycle tracks outside Dagenham Heathway Station in Barking and Dagenham. Already good progress made and should be done by the end of the year!
