Leaving prison should be a chance to rebuild your life. But in London, 1 in 6 people leaving prison are released into homelessness. If we’re serious about tackling reoffending, support cannot stop at the prison gates. Everyone needs somewhere safe and stable to call home. 🏠

After years of homelessness and trauma, Alice found it difficult to trust people. Keeping others at a distance felt safer. Finding a home was only part of the change needed. Through our Sports programme, Alice has found friendship, purpose and a community she trusts and calls family. ❤️

Last year, we helped 4,750 people stay in their own home, preventing homelessness before it happened. Because the best outcome isn't helping someone after they've lost their home. It's making sure they never lose it in the first place. ❤️

Figures released last week show rough sleeping in London has fallen by 10% over the past year, including a 45% drop in young people sleeping rough. Encouraging progress, but there's still much more to do. No one should be sleeping rough in 2026. 🏠
