I want to share more about what to look forward to in The Archives of Trevosa, our language-translating family-tree deduction game set in a mysterious kingdom, but I’ve been too busy making it! Here’s a preview of the lexicon, where you can (optionally) take notes on the words you’re learning.

Exciting news, we're working with Inner Pocket to publish The Archives of Trevosa on Steam! I really wanted to work with a publisher who understands and cares about Trevosa, and I love Inner Pocket's vision of curiosity games that engage the player with discoveries. Can't wait to reveal more soon!

You can wander around the website and find our vision, additional info for developers (and even a questionable riddle for a secret pitch email) But wanted to highlight the most important: games! We're publishing Nonolith, Steam version of The Archives of Trevosa, Outcast Tales and Burn With Me.

New Jamwitch mailing list! As a reward for signing up: how would you like to play a small, free, narrative word puzzle game? I've been helping out with a really cool one as a side side project, and I'll share that with mailing list subscribees this weekend.

Finally wrote a devlog for The Archives of Trevosa! I want to talk a lot more about our inspirations and design, but decided to do that next time, but then couldn't resist talking about them a bit. 😁 Plus, some hints about Trevosa's future! 🔮 jamwitch.itch.io/trevosa/devl... #gamedev #indiedev

Updates, inspirations, and what's next for The Archives of Trevosa

For Ludum Dare 59, we created a narrative deduction game about translating an unknown language in order to fill in a multigenerational family tree. It’s been awesome to see the response to the game...
