This was my 1st Art Fight, but it coincided with being gone for half the month and preparing a move. 😵‍💫 I only managed 4 drawings, but better than 0. This really got me out of a rut, though! I didn’t use my usual tools and it really changed my process for the better. Working on several new pieces!

TW: gore/body horror Flare decided to merge with her Warforged sword without considering the consequences. I had to update her character art! The DM description of their new body was brutal, so I figured I’d try to draw it. The group chat was disgusted and horrified, so I think it was a success??

Screaming and slamming my fists on the ground because this is so good 😭😭😭 Thank you again!! It’s a beautiful send off to her body before she got skinned and stapled to a Warforged. He even let her keep most of her organs! The Flarebomination arc is gonna be LIT 🔥🔥🔥 Players cried IRL, 10/10, GOTY.

At one point I was obsessed with the Magic: The Gathering card Dwarven Pony and so bought some artist proofs from Margaret Organ-Kean. Some had new alternate paintings on the back. And I even got some Pony lore through an interaction on Twitter.

When a child excitedly (and confusingly) info and quote dumps about their favorite movies, you are allowed to do the same back to them about your TTRPG games. I mean sure, I called it “a make believe game I play with my friends” but she was LOCKED IN.
