Shipbuilding is back on the upper and lower Clyde. Huge credit to the GMB Convenor at Ferguson’s, Alex Logan, who has fought hard for a future for the yard.
Ferguson Marine handed contract for new ferries in relief for shipyard workers
The shipyard in Port Glasgow was nationalised by the SNP Government and has faced huge controversy over its failure to complete a 2015 order for two CalMac vessels.
