Hard to think of a more deeply damaging start to Burnham’s premiership than giving green light to new oil & gas in N. Sea, if true. It won’t lower bills or lead to greater energy security but will drive an even hotter planet. What a terrible signal to give to rest of the world #ClimateVandalism

It's taken Labour nearly two years to scrap the two child benefit cap keeping 500,000 children in poverty. Reform and Tory MPs plan to vote against it. Ending the scandal of child poverty harming 1/3rd of children demands more action- including free school meals for all.
