Out of work actor and writer. I also write & make videos about comics sometimes. 28, They/He/She, Bi

There's not been too much to share lately because I've been locked in drawing a completely new comic for the new 18+ book. I didn't PLAN on drawing a whole ass comic but one image was not quite enough, so it became two images, and then that also wasn't enough and now I'm on page 8...

panel 1: a view of overgrown ruins at night, illuminated by floating wisps

panel 2: side fiew of Adra (they/them) and Criticality (he/him), kneeling in the grass. You cannot see their faces, but Crit has one claw on their chin, and their hand glides over his crotchplate.

Discomfort is an essential part of growth and wouldn’t it be so embarrassing to be the exact same person thirty years from now, in a totally different world, because you were so averse to discomfort?

Once you start noticing how the incapacity to handle discomfort affects how people live their lives it's actually pretty shocking how it ruins pretty much every conceivable aspect of existence. Interpersonal relationships, romantic and platonic. Career and education opportunities. Your politics Your willingness to go anywhere. The kind of food you eat. The kind of art you expose yourself to and your ability to read it. It's never just one thing, it touches everything, and once you notice it it's like suddenly being able to see germs or something. Just this horrific catastrophe people look at you askance for screaming about. As I grow older and see what became of my friends and peers who could not learn to handle discomfort, the more I'm like. This is a genuine societal issue

Increasing my discomfort tolerance has also been one of the greatest assets to improving my mental health.

I think there's also a lot of cultural appetite, at this present moment, for a loud annoying dad-type figure who can be counted on to not be a bigot/be supportive/have principles. Jameson having a history of this particular combination of traits lets him slide into that role very easily.

My favorite part of the trans Peter Parker art going around is that everyone understands Jameson would be incredibly supportive of Peter and hate Spidey for being a bad example to trans people. THAT'S understanding a character.

Caroline decided since we'd posted my favorite girl, she also wanted to post her favorite. Say hello to Molly, the meanest of mean girls. Always best dressed and always dripping with gold.

Molly, a light purple demon dressed in strappy gold heels, a short black skirt with gold chains for a belt, and a cropped buttondown. Her tail, her horns, and her finger nails are all tipped in gold. Her wavy blond hair falls over her shoulders and down her back.

My buddy Caroline (www.instagram.com/carolimetime) and I have been working on a project inspired by my time on MLP and her time on MH and all of the things we wanted to do but couldn't. And we wanted to share some concept art with you. So please enjoy Betty, our high school punk rocker demon girl.

A dark pink colored demon girl with small horns jutting out the side of her head and a long swoop of black hair brushed over her right eye and blue chunky highlights. She wears a black leather jacket, a black sleeveless shirt with the design of a metal band on the front, tattered jean shorts with a spiky belt, ripped tights, and heavy black boots. She has a tail with a pointy tip.

Kudos also, and to Kate Herron too, for being public about it. I'm kinda wondering how many directors and actors might have turned down offers without us hearing about it because that's not automatically gonna be announced like casting news.

Kudos to Ally Pankiw for turning down a Harry Potter directing offer, writing: "It simply is this easy to say no to funding transphobia!" I hope others will follow. ew.com/black-mirror...

*lou bega voice* a little bit of monica in my life. ever encroaching numbers of monica in my life. a lot more monicas than i was expecting.

every 6 years whoever has the PR rights gets a big head about making their original series with original footage and very slowly during pre-pro realizes this shit only works financially when you've got a company in japan already doing the expensive hard parts with way more experienced hands

The live-action ‘POWER RANGERS’ series is no longer moving forward at Disney+ (via deadline.com/2026/08/powe...)

since I started my work as artist, I never ever helped by agency or anything. Once, very first time I worked three Transformers covers, a fuckshit group in Japan asked me helping about payment and stupidly I agreed it, and there are their name as main character on the printed comics

And this is why everything I make is going to be about women, queer people, and trans people in particular. Representation is not about checking off boxes, it’s about ensuring visibility is so widespread and and pervasive that our existence is not even a question variety.com/2026/film/ne...
