Now that the popoto sack is as done as it's going to get (minus some minor tweaks and adhesive curing), turned my attention to closet cosplay of my WoL's FSH gear, and though I knew I don't have anything like her current pants, I found something like the peacelover's pantaloons in green. :D

"What thinkest thou of mine appearance...?" Basically what you see here is what anyone at GWF is going to see, aside from makeup/wig, the last detail at the end of the belt (final clearcoat soon!) and some readjustment to the cowl and robe to make both hang better. ;) (Also his giant "tome"...)

Trying to go over travel plans to alleviate nervousness since I've never been anywhere near St. Louis before and there's the aquarium meetup before the con... I was relieved to find out the drive should be 6-7 hours, which is notably less than the 8-10(-12 at times) hours to Baltimore/DC...

Aw HECK yeah, I love our DEI department. They just sent me a promo to post about an upcoming presentation about Marsha P. Johnson, and I continue to be overjoyed every time our org emphatically goes out of its way to celebrate someone/something that really pisses off the current administration. :D

Ringbands are clearcoated and being assembled, paint is drying on the last belt detail. Just realized that literally all that's left after those two things is "the pouches and stuff hanging off his belt", which I had already decided not to bother with except MAYBE the keys since they're in front.

Sort of annoying I was like "I'm managing to get a lot of progress made between work things and am coherent and not in too much pain to concentrate on either! Wow!" and then I realized I haven't swallowed anything today except my morning meds. Really wish I could just NOT EAT OR DRINK every day.

Yeah, auto-correct has always gotten turned off on my phone and my webmail accounts almost immediately. And auto-complete in HTML editors and other web dev tools makes me break things more often than not, because darnit I type closing tags myself WHERE THEY SHOULD BE, then wind up with extras. :P

...MAG hotel lottery results are starting to go out AND a friend may have reached an actual PoGo support HUMAN using the in-game chat to ask what happened to my account... I am seriously having a small heart attack every time my email icon pops up ;_;

Buuut costume-wise, I figured out how to use some scrap to make the ringbands without having to make more resin molds, so I cast the gems... and surely at SOME point this weekend I will feel okay enough to go get another can of red paint, so trying to get more details ready for that step.

...Had a dream that I out of habit tried to log into Pokemon Go, but this time it worked, and I was almost sobbing in joy and relief that my ten years of progress had been restored. It's been literally a month... just submitted another ban appeal though the first one got crickets. :/

In costume news, I am so not beating the allegations of "total hack - but pretty good at it!" Already want to remake a couple parts of this. :P Trying to decide what to do next. Red detailing on the sleeves? Need to go get another can of spraypaint and my body sucks. Running out of to-dos, though..

It's Sage's 8th bunniversary! I don't know most of my buns' birthdays, but 8 years ago I met someone to pick up this little diva and bring her home. She was 4 and a half then, so 12 and a half now... Just picked her favorite treat fresh from the yard, you can see she's still going strong. 💜

...Y'know last time I saw these memes going around, I decided to finally look into CSP, and was like "oh cool, I think I will go ahead and-" and then realized I hadn't seen the memes until the sale was over. But this one has a date! So uh. Perhaps another thing to do before I leave town...

...oh man. So I granted one of our Marketing folks access to a certain tool after asking my boss permission, and he's like "Don't see why not, other than the damage she can do." And I assured him the damage is minimal because of version control, so if she erases everything, I can just "unpublish".

Speaking of. IT request from someone about Copilot not letting them create an image, and returning "The request is inappropriate." Yes. Yes, it is. You work for an org who pays designers to be part of our staff, and trains students to be designers so they can get similar jobs.
