... couldn't fit it into this piece, but the only reason we have naloxone available outside of ER's and ambulances to rapidly save people is harm reduction: Dan Bigg, a cofounder of the National Harm Reduction Coalition and a person who injected drugs himself, made street distribution go national.

Trump administration would rather your loved ones die from overdose than find out if their drugs are contaminated with fentanyl and other dangerous adulterants. They believe that “the wages of sin” ought to be death. Meanwhile, they’re massacring people in boats to fake “protect” people from drugs.
