Tomorrow I’m being honored at Made En América: The American Latino 250 Gala at #Velocity2026 in LA. Thank you to Velocity and Sol Trujillo for the honor. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT

Fifteen years of Latinas First Foundation. I was glad to be at today's luncheon in Denver with Anna Jo Garcia Haynes, Judges Christine Arguello and Regina Rodriguez, and founders Juanita Chacon and Meshach Rhoades. Sixty young Latinas received scholarships today. Thanks for having me.

A government lawyer told me we'd lost the Cobell case seven times, but not to worry, we always win. I asked: is our job to win, or to do what is right? We settled it and built a scholarship fund in Elouise Cobell's name. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT #Borderlands

I graduated from @ColoradoCollege in 1977. Yesterday I went back for a fireside chat and spent time with a room full of students. Good to be back. More to come from this wonderful event! Thanks to Rosalie Rodriguez and Professor Santiago Guerra at Colorado College for having me.

The mission never stops. The stakes are high right now. I'm heading to Washington today to talk about immigration, the border, and doing what I can to help change the direction of our politics and our policy as we head into the election. #Borderlands #Immigration #Election

Tonight at @ColoradoCollege I'll be talking about Borderlands with Professor Santiago Guerra and Rosalie Rodriguez. I graduated from CC in 1977, and I owe so much to that campus. Thank you to Colorado College for having me back. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT

On Wednesday I spoke at the AFOP National Conference in Denver. Each of us has a responsibility to set the example. The next generation is watching how we treat each other. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT

This morning I spoke at the AFOP National Conference in Denver. I grew up on a ranch in the San Luis Valley. Today I stood in a room full of people who work for families like mine. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT

I grew up on a ranch in the San Luis Valley. Every meal on our table came from our hands or a neighbor's. Thanks to AFOP for having me. They run the job training and safety programs for the people who grow and pick our food. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT

I grew up in the San Luis Valley without electricity or a telephone. Spanish was my first language. When you know your own story, you see the worth in everyone else's. Diversity is our superpower. Thanks, Great Day Colorado. Borderlands is out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT #Borderlands

A full house @historycolorado, their staff and the wonderful volunteers. A border was drawn across my family in 1848.That turned out to be the only place you can see both sides from. Out now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GT5PWFYT #Borderlands #HistoryColorado #Colorado

Borderlands: My Fight for an Inclusive America

Like many Mexican Americans, the Salazars have deep roots in the American Southwest. They have ranched and farmed along the banks of the Rio Grande for more than four centuries, dating back to the founding of the nation’s oldest capital, Santa Fe, when the entire Southwest was part of Spai...

It was a pleasure to join @chrislhayes.bsky.social on "Why is This Happening" to discuss Borderlands, why the U.S.-Mexico border is indeed “broken,” what’s needed to fix it, and more #WITHPod www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TcP...

Great to reunite a member of my team at the Dept of Interior, @timfullerton.bsky.social. We talked about Borderlands – and why I refuse to give up on the idea that America is an inclusive nation.

Tim Fullerton - Host of the Find Out Podcast@timfullerton.bsky.social · 2mo ago

Really appreciate my old boss Ken Salazar stopping by the Find Out Pod this week to talk about how to create a humane immigration system and how Trump is destroying the Interior Department with devastating consequences. www.youtube.com/watch?v=oweX...

Today is the day. Borderlands: My Fight for an Inclusive America is officially out. This is more than a memoir – it's a vision for America's future and an invitation to build it together. Pick up your copy and join the conversation. linktr.ee/borderlands_...

Tomorrow, Borderlands is released. This book is my story – but more importantly, it's a vision for an America that moves beyond division, embraces our diversity, strengthens our democracy, and secures the future. I hope you'll join the conversation. linktr.ee/borderlands_...

It was an honor to host @kensalazar.bsky.social, former U.S. Ambassador to Mexico, Interior Secretary, U.S. Senator, and CO Attorney General, at CAP. Sec. Salazar discussed his forthcoming book and shared his perspectives on immigration, U.S. foreign policy, and conservation, among other topics.

It was an honor to join Native American Rights Fund @nativerights.bsky.social Executive Director, John Echohawk, for a conversation about Borderlands and the remarkable legacy of Elouise Cobell.

Leave it to @kensalazar.bsky.social to give us the kindest welcome to the San Luis Valley. He knows how important our fight to fix Washington is.

Happy to be in Los Angeles with my friend and Democratic nominee for governor of California, Xavier Becerra, celebrating 50 years of NALEO lifting Latino leaders @xavierbecerra.bsky.social

Proud to stand here in Los Angeles at NALEO with Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, and candidate for Colorado Secretary of State, Amanda Gonzalez @amandaforcolorado.bsky.social

Just two weeks until Borderlands is released. I wrote this book because I believe America needs a vision for the future that can unite us. If you believe in that possibility, I'd be grateful if you'd pre-order your copy today: linktr.ee/borderlands_...

Proud to welcome conservation leaders, ranchers, educators, elected officials, and community partners to our ranch in Manassa to imagine the Valley's next generation of conservation, water, and outdoor legacy projects. Our future depends on protecting the places that connect us.

Celebrating America 250, we should remember that patriotism means telling the whole American story. Our national parks, public lands, and historic places belong to all of us. America is richer, stronger, and more united when every community sees itself in our shared story.

I have had the privilege of being friends and working closely with both @michaelbennet.bsky.social and @philweiser.bsky.social over many years. They are both exceptional public servants who have devoted their careers to making Colorado stronger. I congratulate Phil for his victory tonight.

I applaud @mannyrutinel.bsky.social on earning tonight's Democratic nomination for #CO08. I know he'll bring energy, thoughtfulness, and a deep commitment to the people he hopes to represent. The hard work now begins. I wish Manny the very best as he makes his case to voters this fall.

My friend Sen. John @hickenlooper.bsky.social has spent his career serving Colorado with optimism, pragmatism, and a willingness to bring people together to solve tough problems. I know he'll continue the kind of leadership that has helped make Colorado a model for the nation.

The racist attack on this most American hallmark of identity — birthright citizenship —has thankfully been defeated. The Court got it right, although troubling it was not unanimous decision. Had the Justices in the minority prevailed, it would have been the Dred Scott decision of the 21 Century.

In one month, Borderlands will be released. This isn't just a memoir—it's a call for a different conversation about our future, our diversity, and why North America's success depends on working together, not pulling apart. I hope you'll join the conversation on July 28. bookshop.org/p/books/bord...
