Thanks to my manager, my sanity is mostly in tact from learning more about a new editing software. If everything goes well, I am hoping that it will enable me to edit more efficiently so I can get my backlog of scripts cleared, so my recording schedule can be lighter.

I posted a silly little script about it a while back, but I am genuinely so happy to have reached 100 subs on YouTube. I know its a cliché thing to say, but it really does give me hope for the future and reassurance that there could be fruit to bare from the work I am putting in now.

The right software seems to make all the difference. I've switched the program I use to edit my videos and it has absolutely made a world of difference. Long gone are the days of recording audio in OBS and slapping the mp4 into Filmora.

When I first started looking into voice acting I knew there was going to be some difficulties settling in. I didn't expect for one of the bigger challenges to just be where to hold my mic so it doesn't sound like I'm inhaling it during my recording sessions.

I've been thinking a lot about my goals in order to give myself things to work towards. Within the year, I'd like to say I was able to take place in at least one project outside of my YT channel for voice acting. What is something you're all working towards?

Trying to explain voice acting to non-VAs: Them: ‘So you just… Make random noises into a mic?’ Me: ‘Yes. But also no. But also… it’s complicated.’ 🎙️ What’s the weirdest reaction you’ve gotten when you tell people you’re a VA? #VoiceActing #VAstruggles #ExplainingMyJob

VA problem: Someone asks what your ‘normal voice’ sounds like. Me: Flashbacks as I try to remember the last time I spoke in anything but a Customer Service or character voice. Tell me you’re a voice actor without telling me you’re a voice actor. GO. 😂 #VoiceActing #VACommunity #WeDontHaveOneVoice

Woke up with a morning voice that would fit perfectly for a villain character I'm working on, but worried it'll be a voice that I can only reach before my morning coffee" Fellow VAs, what's your worst 'This voice is great, but can't I do it on command' moment?🎙️😂 #VoiceActing #VAstruggles

Logged into Bluesky today and my feed is full of Vtubers, Art, and obscure memes. My algorithm is healing.

Just finished the recording for a Valentine's Special ASMR with a Sylus impersonation and it may be the most fun I've had with a script so far Will drop the mp4 on Valentine's day ❤️ #asmr #loveanddeepspace #LADS

What is something interesting about your OC? Vtubers, Artistic creations, etc One thing I like about mine is the hair. I've always had OC's with super short but stylized hair but it was so fun to branch out from that! #vtuber #artists #OC

Awaiting the final piece of the puzzle before I can finally put out postings on Vgen for more voice acting roles! I'm tired but inspired tonight, and I think I'll work on more ASMR scripts to fill the time
