I think Cimorene's parents had her when they were young. Like... 20-22 range. Meaning her father was like barely past 40 when he was killed. He was so young! He had so much life ahead of him! I cry!

Cimorene loves the cold! She does not tolerate it well! These two sentiments can coexist! As of post-ShB she is perpetually cold as a lingering affect of light poisoning, so visiting cold places is even harder on her... but she still loves the smell of cold air and finds snow and ice beautiful.
